Vous pouvez vous faire livrer votre commande à votre domicile, dans l'un de nos magasins ou dans un point postal. Vous pouvez voir la date de livraison prévue dans votre panier lors de la commande. Nous livrons gratuitement toutes vos commandes à partir de 25,- €. Vous pouvez également opter pour le Click & Collect, ainsi votre commande sera prête dans le magasin de votre choix au bout d'1h.
Livraison à votre domicile ou à une autre adresse au Le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg ?
Le colis sera vous livre du lundi au vendredi entre 8h00 et 17h00. Vous n'êtes pas à la maison ? Le livreur déposera un bon de livraison dans votre boîte aux lettres à l'endroit où vous pourrez récupérer votre colis.
Retrait dans l'un de nos magasins ou dans un point postal ?
Dès que votre colis est prêt, vous recevrez un email. Vous pouvez le récupérer sur présentation du code track & trace.

Après réception de votre commande, vous disposez de 14 jours pour la retourner (partiellement) ou l'annuler. Après l'annulation, vous disposez d'un délai supplémentaire de 14 jours pour retourner les produits. Pour annuler votre commande, vous pouvez nous contacter ou utiliser le formulaire de retour.
Échange ou retour en magasin
ous pouvez également retourner ou échanger le produit dans un magasin près de chez vous. Vous n’avez pas besoin de remplir un formulaire de retour pour cela. Veuillez apporter votre confirmation de commande avec vous.
